1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GaragePulse ("the Service"), operated at garagepulse.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GaragePulse is a cloud-based auto repair shop management platform that provides work order management, digital inspections, inventory tracking, invoicing, appointment scheduling, and AI-powered tools for automotive service businesses.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• GaragePulse offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) billed monthly.
• A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform, including customer records, vehicle information, work orders, inspections, and invoices. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service. We will not use your data for purposes unrelated to the Service without your consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to enter your customers' data into the platform, including obtaining any necessary consents.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of GaragePulse and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GaragePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before account closure. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
