Terms of Service

1. Parties and acceptance
Rocket Platform LLC (GaragePulse) provides the Service at https://garagepulse.app. By creating an account, signing an order form or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding contract and be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe rights or upload harmful content.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service.
- Do not use the Service to send spam or unlawful marketing.
5. The Service and changes
We may improve, suspend or change features to keep the Service secure, compliant and useful. We will not materially reduce paid core functionality without reasonable notice.
6. Fees, billing, renewals and taxes
Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout or in the order form. Trials last 14 days unless a different written offer applies. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise, and refunds follow our Refund Policy at https://garagepulse.app/refunds.
For United States customers, this is an automatic renewal notice: your plan renews until cancelled, you may cancel before renewal, and we will send any notices required by state automatic-renewal laws.
7. Intellectual property and user content
Rocket Platform LLC and its licensors own the Service, software, branding and documentation. You keep ownership of content you submit, but grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it only to provide and improve the Service.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Stripe, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, Sentry, Twilio, OpenAI, Registro Nacional de Costa Rica, Vercel and Fly.io. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Data protection

Business customers are also covered by our Data Processing Addendum at https://garagepulse.app/dpa.
10. Warranties disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid no fees.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us for claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal risk or non-payment after reasonable notice when practical.
14. Non-waivable consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including Costa Rica Ley 7472 rights, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and applicable EU consumer directives.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by United States. Courts with jurisdiction over that venue may hear disputes, subject to mandatory consumer forums.
16. Dispute resolution
Before filing a formal claim, each party will give the other written notice and try in good faith for 30 days to resolve the dispute. Notices to us go to support@garagepulse.app.
17. Changes and contact
